Frequently asked questions
Everything about swapping on noaml, grouped by topic. Each answer is short and specific.
Swapping
Do I need an account to swap?
No. noaml has no accounts. You enter the coins, the amount and your payout address, then send the deposit.
Which coins are supported?
30 coins, including BTC, ETH, XMR, USDT (TRC-20), USDC, SOL, TON, LTC, XRP, DOGE and TRX. Any coin can be swapped to any other.
Can I buy crypto with a card or bank transfer?
No. noaml swaps crypto to crypto only. To start from cash, you need a fiat on-ramp first.
Can I swap to someone else’s wallet?
Yes. The payout address can be any valid address for the coin you receive, including an exchange deposit address (add the memo if it needs one).
Fees and limits
What does a swap cost?
A flat 0.25% included in the quote, plus the normal network fee for sending your deposit. There are no hidden withdrawal fees.
What is the minimum?
About $200 in the coin you send. The swap form shows the exact minimum for each coin.
Is there a maximum?
Orders up to $250,000 are processed automatically. Larger orders go to the manual desk and settle within 30 minutes after confirmation.
Timing and tracking
How long does a swap take?
Usually 5–15 minutes, depending mostly on how fast the sending chain confirms.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link shown after you create the order, or enter your order ID on the Track order page.
I lost my order ID. What now?
Email [email protected] with the deposit transaction hash and the coins involved. We can find the order from that.
Privacy and safety
What data do you store?
Only what an order needs: coins, amounts, addresses and status. No name, email, ID or account. See the privacy policy for retention times.
Do you check deposits?
Our liquidity partners screen deposits against public lists of stolen funds and sanctioned addresses. Flagged deposits are refunded, not exchanged.
How do I avoid sending to the wrong network?
Check the network shown next to the deposit address and send only that coin on that network. When unsure, send a small test amount first.
Problems and refunds
I sent the wrong amount.
Small differences are recalculated at the current rate. If the order can’t be completed, the coins go back to your refund address.
My swap is taking longer than expected.
Check the tracking page: “Confirming” means the blockchain is still confirming your deposit. If it has been over an hour, contact support with your order ID.
How do refunds work?
Refunds go to the refund address you entered (or one you send us), minus the network fee for the return transaction.
Didn’t find your answer?
Write to us with your order ID if you have one. We usually reply within an hour.
