Plain terms for using noaml.to. By creating an order you agree to them.

1. The service
noaml.to provides instant swaps between cryptocurrencies. We do not hold customer balances, offer accounts, or provide investment, tax or legal advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age where you live and allowed to use crypto services there. You may not use noaml.to if you are subject to sanctions or acting for someone who is.
3. Quotes and rates
Quotes are floating: they follow the market and are fixed when your deposit receives the required confirmations. The quote includes our 0.25% fee. Network fees for sending your deposit are paid by you.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for entering a correct payout address on the correct network and for sending the exact deposit, including any memo. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed; coins sent to a wrong address may be lost.
5. Refunds
If an order cannot be completed — for example because the amount is below the minimum, the deposit is flagged by screening, or the market moved beyond tolerance — we return the deposit to your refund address minus the network fee. Without a refund address, contact us at [email protected].
6. Prohibited use
You may not use noaml.to for funds obtained through crime, fraud or theft, to evade sanctions, or to finance illegal activity. See our AML policy.
7. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount of that order. We are not liable for losses caused by wrong addresses, network failures or events outside our control.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Orders are governed by the terms in force when they were created.
