AML policy
No accounts does not mean no rules. This is how we keep illicit funds out of our swaps.
Updated
1. Our approach
noaml.to does not open customer accounts or collect identity documents. Instead, we rely on risk screening of the transactions themselves.
2. Transaction screening
Deposits are screened, by us and our liquidity partners, against public and commercial lists of addresses linked to theft, hacks, fraud, darknet markets and sanctions.
3. Flagged deposits
If a deposit is flagged as high risk, it is not exchanged. Depending on the case it is refunded to the sender’s refund address or held while the source of funds is clarified with the sender.
4. Prohibited users
Persons and entities on international sanctions lists, and anyone acting on their behalf, may not use the service.
5. Lawful requests
We respond to valid legal requests from competent authorities in accordance with applicable law. Because we store little data, we can only provide what an order record contains.
6. Reporting
If you believe funds stolen from you passed through noaml.to, write to [email protected] with the transaction hashes. We will check and, where possible, block related orders.
