How a no-KYC swap works

From choosing a pair to coins in your wallet: every step, every status and every limit, with no account in between.

Choose the coins and amount
Pick what you send and what you get. The quote updates live and includes the 0.25% fee. The minimum is about $200.
Add your payout address
Paste the address that will receive the new coins. We check the format so a wrong-network address is caught before an order exists. A refund address is optional but recommended.
Send the deposit
You get a deposit address, a QR code and the exact amount. Send it from any wallet or exchange; include the memo if one is shown.
Wait for confirmations
We wait until the network has confirmed your deposit — seconds on TRON or Solana, around 20 minutes on Bitcoin.
Receive your coins
The swap is executed and the new coins are sent to your payout address. The tracking page shows the transaction hash.

You see these on the tracking page; it refreshes on its own.

What each order status means
Waiting for deposit	The order is open and the deposit address is reserved. Nothing has arrived yet.
Confirming	Your deposit is visible on the blockchain and is collecting the confirmations it needs.
Exchanging	The deposit is confirmed and is being exchanged at the quoted rate.
Sending	Your new coins are on their way to your payout address. A transaction hash appears when it is broadcast.
Completed	Done. The coins have been sent to your payout address.
Refunded	The deposit was sent back to your refund address, minus the network fee.

Minimum about $200: Below that, network fees would eat a large share of the swap. The exact minimum per coin is shown in the form.
Large orders: Orders above $250,000 go to our manual desk and are settled within 30 minutes after confirmation.
Fee 0.25%: One flat fee, included in the quote. You also pay the normal network fee when you send your deposit.
Refunds: If an order can’t be completed, the deposit goes back to your refund address minus the network fee.
Wrong amount: More or less than quoted? The order is recalculated at the current rate, or refunded if you ask.
Order lifetime: A deposit address stays reserved for 24 hours. Late deposits are still credited, at the rate at confirmation.

Contact support with your order ID and the transaction hash. Deposits without a required memo can usually be matched manually.

The quote is a floating rate. It is locked when your deposit confirms, so short delays rarely change the result.
