How we make money
Only through the 0.25% fee built into each quote. We don’t sell data, show ads or charge withdrawal fees — there is nothing to withdraw, because we never hold a balance for you.
What we don’t collect
No accounts, names, emails or documents. An order stores the coins, amounts, addresses and status needed to complete and support it. Our cookie-free site uses no tracking by default.
Where we draw lines
Deposits are screened by our liquidity partners against public lists of stolen funds and sanctioned addresses. Flagged deposits are refunded instead of exchanged — details in our AML policy. Large orders are settled by a person at our desk within 30 minutes.
