Privacy policy
We collect as little as possible. This page lists exactly what that is.

1. What we store
For each order: the coins, amounts, deposit and payout addresses, optional refund address and memo, status, timestamps and a hashed (not readable) form of the connecting IP address used for abuse protection.
2. What we don’t collect
No accounts, names, email addresses (unless you email us), phone numbers or identity documents. We do not sell or share data for advertising.
3. Cookies
The site sets no cookies for visitors. The language is part of the URL. A small local setting remembers if you dismissed the language suggestion; it never leaves your browser.
4. Retention
Order records are kept for up to 12 months to handle support requests and refunds, then deleted, unless a longer period is required by law for a specific order.
5. Third parties
Prices are fetched by our server from public market APIs; your browser does not contact them. Automatic orders are routed through liquidity partners who receive the order data needed to execute the swap.
6. Your rights
You can ask what we hold about an order and ask for deletion where the law allows. Write to [email protected] with the order ID.
